Filing a complaint

In order to file a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form
Fill out the complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2. Setting the product
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a warranty card or proof of purchase.

3. Shipping
The advertised product should be sent to the following address:

Additional information:

The basis of the complaint is the original warranty card and proof of purchase. The Warranty Card attached to the product does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer resulting from non-compliance of the product with the contract. In the case of a complaint, the customer is obliged to deliver the goods to the following address: Prima-Tech S.C., ul. Górna 2A, 42-262 Poczesna Colony and to attach contact details with a description of the fault. The goods should be complete and whole. The number of the warranty service 34 328 59 25. The complaint is considered within 14 days of its notification. Complaints regarding mechanical damage caused during transport and lack of goods in the shipment will be considered only if the customer finds such a defect at the time of receipt of the goods in the presence of the delivery agent and this fact will be confirmed by a note made and confirmed by the deliverer's signature (damage report).

Return

Under applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:

For the package with the statement and returned product / products, please also include all accessories received with it and a receipt or invoice.

The cost of return shipment is covered by the buyer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

According to art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the item or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

Please be advised that on behalf of the buyer we enter into a contract with a courier company to deliver to your item - by taking part in the offer, you consent to the delivery of the package delivery service. "The seller fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the performance of the service that after it has been fulfilled, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract" (regarding the costs of shipping on returns).

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, taking into consideration the above provision, we return the value of the purchased item immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your right to withdraw from this contract.
We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the return of the payment until receipt of the item or until proof of its return is provided to us, depending on which event occurs first.

Please send back or give us the item immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the deadline of 14 days. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items.

In accordance with applicable law, you are responsible for reducing the value of things resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.
