The Cold Catlyst Filter - its use allows for more effective removal of dirt that carbon filters, HEPA and UV lamps can not cope with. This includes substances such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide, ammonia, benzene and formaldehyde, gases released by furniture plywood, wallpapers, carpets, curtains and bed covers. In addition, the catalytic filter prevents the bacteria, viruses, mold and fungi from settling on HEPA filters, which unfortunately can happen in the case of longer use of a purifier equipped with HEPA and long-life carbon filters.
Activated carbon filter with free flowing bed is one of the most efficient carbon filters available on the market. This is due to the large amount of raw material used in the filter. The microporous carbon structure binds chemical compounds (eg formaldehyde), heavy metals suspended in the air and some gases. The active carbon filter also eliminates unpleasant odors (including cigarette smoke).

The UV filter, and more specifically the ultraviolet lamp, destroys the organic structures of DNA and RNA of bacteria and viruses that have not been captured on previous filters. UVC light with a wavelength of 254 nm has the strongest effect on living organisms, which effectively destroys bacteria and viruses.
In addition to the 6-stage filtration system, the KJ160 also has an intelligent air quality sensor, thanks to which it can automatically adjust the fan speed. The purifier has three speeds, as well as a Timer from 1 to 12 hours, as well as a sleep mode.
